2022 WAS A BIG YEAR!

And we know it's been a minute, so thanks for your patience...and here come the updates:

A Discussion Draft

The Outdoor FUTURE initiative in collaboration with Sen. Heinrich (D-NM) and his staff, drafted a piece of legislation called the National Outdoor Equity Fund. This was a monumental achievement and the draft has been circulated for comments to other Congressional and Federal offices. Meet Katie Umphlett, our new coalition manager!

Katie is originally from Colorado and developed a deep admiration for the environment as a result. She is incredibly excited to take on the role of Coalition Manager for Nuestra Tierra and partner with Outdoor F.U.T.U.R.E. to make our public lands more accessible for all people. When she's not working Katie is traveling the country in an attempt to see all of the 63 National Parks.
